⚾ Elite Youth Baseball Coaching · New York City
Player-first coaching from two brothers who've lived the game. Whether you're picking up a bat for the first time or fine-tuning your varsity swing, we'll meet you exactly where you are.
We're not a franchise. We're two brothers who grew up on the diamond and want to pass that love of the game on to the next generation.
Benji is a high school student and varsity baseball player with over 10 years of experience on the diamond. He brings a rare combination of raw power and baseball IQ to every session — having developed his own game from the ground up, he knows exactly what it takes to build a hitter from scratch or take a good player to the next level. Benji specializes in hitting mechanics and power development, helping players unlock real bat speed and drive the ball with intent. His coaching style is high-energy, honest, and built around the mental side of the game just as much as the physical — because confidence at the plate is just as important as technique.
Zachy brings 8+ years of serious baseball experience and the edge that comes from competing at a high level in travel baseball — one of the most demanding and competitive environments in youth baseball. Playing at that level means facing elite pitching, high-pressure situations, and coaches who expect execution, not effort. That experience sharpened Zachy into the player and coach he is today. But what really sets him apart is his arm. He's a dedicated pitching coach who understands the craft from the inside out: mechanics, grip, sequencing, and how to attack hitters with intention. Whether a player is learning to throw their first breaking ball or refining command at an advanced level, Zachy breaks it down with the technical precision of someone who's lived every rep of it. If you want to take the mound seriously, Zachy is who you want in your corner.
Whether your kid just picked up baseball or is grinding toward a varsity spot, Reiter Baseball meets players where they are. We've been through every stage — beginners learning to catch a popup, intermediate players chasing consistency, and advanced players pushing for the next level. We coach all of it.
Our sessions are upbeat, focused, and built around real game reps. No fluff. No generic drills just to fill time. Every minute on the field is intentional.

Every session you book with Reiter Baseball does more than sharpen your game — it helps a family in crisis.
We donate 25% of all proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House of New York City. Ronald McDonald House is an extraordinary organization that provides free or low-cost housing, meals, and support for families whose children are receiving treatment at nearby hospitals like NewYork-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and others across the city. When a child is seriously ill, families shouldn't have to choose between being at their child's bedside and affording a place to sleep. Ronald McDonald House makes sure they don't have to.
For many families, Ronald McDonald House is the only reason they can stay close to their child during the hardest weeks of their lives. It's a place of warmth, community, and hope — staffed by people who genuinely care.
We're proud to support that mission. Baseball taught us what it means to show up for each other. This is how we show up beyond the field.
To book a session, just text one of us directly. We'll figure out the date, time, location, and pricing over text — no forms, no hassle.
We train at 72nd Street Baseball Field (Riverside Park) and DeWitt Clinton Field. All skill levels welcome.
